Gluten-Free Almond Bread

*3/4 cup creamy almond butter at room temperature
*2 Tablespoons grapeseed oil
*3 large eggs
*1 Tablespoon honey
*1/4 cup almond flour
*1/4 cup Tapioca flour
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 350* and grease a loaf pan, or muffin tin depending on what  you want to make, rolls or bread.  Mix almond butter and oil together with eggs and honey.  Combine this wet mixture with the dry ingredients.  Pour into the baking pan and bake for 30-45 minutes.  It is done when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. 

The loaf of bread cut into 12 pieces = 6g carbs per slice
12 rolls would be the same 6 carbs a piece

When you make this dough it is VERY LIQUID, you actually POUR it into the pan.  Don't be put of by this, somehow it forms bread and it comes out nice and spongy.  This is great bread for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.   I made this recipe in mini loaf pans, it makes a cute little finger sandwich.
