This is a recipe for chocolate pudding made mostly of AVOCADO. Check it out, this is no April Fool!
1 Tablespoon toasted carob powder (or any chocolate powder)
1 Tablespoon honey
1/4 cup almond milk
1 pinch of stevia
Blend all the ingredients together and LOVE THEM! I still can't believe it worked. It has the consistency of chocolate pudding. If you handed someone this and asked them to guess what was in it, they would NEVER think avocado. Now down to the numbers. The honey is the highest carb count in this, you could try agave, same carb count but lower on the glycemic scale. If you divide this into 3 servings it comes out to about 9g of carbs per serving. If you eat it all yourself (I wouldn't blame you) it is about 30g of carbs, that is less than a piece of chocolate cake!
